1. Information we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you provide: name, email, optional company and phone number, service of interest, and message. Our hosting infrastructure may also record technical details such as IP addresses, request times and browser information for operations and security.
2. How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond, evaluate your needs, discuss potential projects and prevent abuse. Submitting the contact form does not automatically subscribe you to marketing messages.
3. Sharing and external services
We do not sell inquiry data. Hosting and technical providers may process limited information needed to run the website. Third-party resources, such as fonts or external services, may receive connection data when loaded. External websites linked here have their own policies.
AI chat assistant
If you use the website's AI chat, your messages and limited conversation context are sent to a third-party AI model provider (OpenAI) to generate a response. You do not need to provide your name or email to chat. When you ask about pricing or clearly express buying interest, we may save a brief summary of your messages in our internal lead management system as an anonymous inquiry without contact details or an IP address. This is not a request for us to contact you; contact details are only collected through a separate form with your consent. The provider may process and retain data under its policies and service settings. Do not enter passwords, sensitive personal information, or payment details.
Human follow-up requests
When you ask our team to follow up through the chat, with your consent we collect your name, selected email or telephone contact method, preferred time and a limited portion of your chat to respond to your inquiry. These details are stored privately on our server. The anonymous commercial-interest summaries described above do not create human follow-up requests. A preferred time is a request, not a confirmed appointment.
4. Storage and retention
Contact requests and anonymous business-interest summaries are stored in restricted server-side files and our internal Chatwoot inbox, not public website assets. We retain information as reasonably needed to handle inquiries and applicable business or legal obligations, then delete it when no longer needed. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
5. Cookies and tracking
Our contact form currently does not use advertising cookies. Essential technical mechanisms may be used for site operation and security. If analytics or advertising services are added, this policy and any required notices will be updated.
6. Access, correction and deletion
You can request information about your submitted inquiry, or ask for correction or deletion as permitted by applicable law, through our contact page.
7. Policy updates
We may update this policy when site features or legal requirements change. The last updated date appears above.
